Exchanges & Returns

Once received, should you need a size up or down, or 

change your mind for any reason,

you have 5 days to return the kapota.

 

A few conditions:

The Kapota must:

​

1. Be in unworn, new condition.

2. Have no stains, tears or rips.

3. Have all Tags on (hang-tag, sleeve & inner pocket).

4. Have all extra buttons (6) in the bag (inner pocket).

5. Be shipped back inside the blue travel bag it was received in.

Should any of the above 5 conditions not be met, Kapotas by Avi will unfortunately not be able to accept the exchange or return and no refund will be issued.
